The dated stone-block bungalow was transformed into a refined modern family home, from the roof and walls to the verandas, carport and driveway.
Inside, every space was reworked: new finishes, flooring, lighting and joinery throughout.
This full home renovation in Kilimambogo, Machakos transformed a dated stone-block bungalow inside and out. Outside, we reworked the roof, walls, verandas, carport and driveway, giving the house a cream finish and stone-coated roof. Inside, every room received new finishes, flooring, lighting and joinery. The corridors have white wainscoting panels, timber-effect floors and layered gypsum ceilings with cove lighting and lantern pendants, while exposed timber beams add warmth. The family now has a modern, comfortable home built on the bones of the original house.
