Kiminini Ndalu Home Renovation – Before & After

This home in Ndalu, Kiminini was a dated red-brick bungalow with arched verandah openings. We reworked the facade, fitted a new Decra tile roof on steel trusses, plastered and painted the walls in cream, and replaced the windows and doors with dark-framed units. The entrance verandah was rebuilt with white columns, and new gables carry decorative timber detailing. Patterned paving, steps and fresh planting were added around the house. The result is a modern family home that looks almost new while keeping the original footprint.

Work done: Facade alterations, New Decra roofing on steel trusses, Plastering and painting, Windows and doors, Verandah with columns, Paving and landscaping
